Attract a diverse body of well-prepared students and support them with challenging classes, field experiences, and research opportunities;
Recruit and retain highly-qualified faculty through the provision of workloads conducive to effective teaching, mentoring, research, and service;
Sustain a collegial environment where students, faculty and staff respect and value each other’s unique strengths and contributions.
