Biography

Mr Bourletidies Konstantinos has been working at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens since 1998. For the last ten years he has been Secretary of the Quality Assurance Unit (QAQU) of the institution and Head of its Internal Quality Assurance System. He is an Economist, a graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Athens (1990) and holds two Master’s degrees: the first in Finance and Banking Science from Middlesex University, UK (1998), and the second in Adult Education from the Hellenic Open University of Patras (2006). He also holds the academic title of Postgraduate Certificate in “Smart Specialization Strategy” from the Cluj-Napoca University of Technology, Romania (2013). At the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he has served as Scientific Associate and Administrative Manager of the Mediation Office, Production Manager of the e-Learning Program of the EKK EKPA, and Manager of e-Learning e-Learning Programs of EKPA, in Finance & Banking, in Organizations: “Agricultural Bank”, “School of Officers Research Informatics GES”, “01 Informatics” and “Cyprus Telecommunications Authority”.

He has served as a member of the Scientific Council of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit of ASPAITE and as a Scientific Advisor – Scientific Partner of institutions associated with the development and promotion of Entrepreneurship in Greece (Athens Professional Chamber, National Confederation of Greek Commerce, Central Union of Chambers of Greece, Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry). From 2015 to 2019, he was the Education Manager of the program “Education of Adult Educators” of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (RESEARCH CODE 12728) with Professor Efthymios Lekkas as Scientific Supervisor. In the context of this educational project and in parallel, he taught adult education principles, learning theories, training techniques and micro-teaching design. This training programme was implemented in 33 cities-regions of Greece and was attended by more than 2000 trainees, 95% of whom successfully passed the examinations of the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Orientation (EOPPEP).

He was a Lecturer of the course “Disaster Management in Tourism Infrastructures and Hotel Units” in the framework of the Postgraduate Program “Disaster and Crisis Management Strategies” of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens for two academic years (2015-2016 and 2016-2017), under the coordination of Professor Efthymios Lekkas.

He has taught the course on Development Economics: Entrepreneurship” in three departments of the University of Athens (Department of Economics, Department of Psychology, Department of Geology and Geo-environment), and in ASPAITE (2003-2008). During the period 2004-2006 she was an unpaid Lecturer (PD 407/80) at the Department of Economics, teaching the courses “Educational Techniques in the Teaching of Economics” and “Special Topics in the Teaching of Economics”.

He participated in the project teams of the University of Athens that implemented programmes of the EPEAEK II, the GET, the Information Society and, in addition to entrepreneurship, covered areas such as distance education and e-Learning, educational visits of students of technical colleges, digital convergence, creation of technoblast companies, etc.

He has received a Certificate of Annual Training in “Developing Skills for More Effective Management and Human Resources Training for the Public Sector”, as part of an annual supplementary training program with certification provided by the National Centre for Public Administration and Self-Government (NACPA), following certification examinations (2012; Certification CODE 169). She has also completed the annual Entrepreneurship Training Program of the Professional Training Center of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2002).

He is a accredited entrepreneurship trainer by the international organization NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship), and the Austrian Center for Training Firms (ACT). He is also a certified Adult Educator in the subjects of Economics and Business Administration by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Orientation (EOPPEP) (A.M EB21721).

As a Lifelong Learning Programs Trainer, he has over 5,000 hours of training in Lifelong Learning Centers in companies and organizations on Crisis Management, Business Management, Innovation – Entrepreneurship, Social Skills Development, Training and Human Resource Management.

He is author of the Professional Standard “Vocational Training Instructor” in Cyprus on behalf of the Human Resources Development Authority (HRD). All adult educator certifications in Cyprus are based on this Standard.He has a rich writing and research work in the fields of crisis management, entrepreneurship, adult education, economics teaching, quality assurance in education and e-learning. He has written and continues to write articles in newspapers and electronic media (TA NEA, Imeresia, Ethnos, in.gr etc.)
