Ο Δρ. Κωνσταντίνος Μαντζάρης είναι απόφοιτος του τμήματος Φιλοσοφίας και Παιδαγωγικής, κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού διπλώματος στην ειδική αγωγή και διδάκτορας Φιλοσοφίας και Παιδαγωγικής από το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης, με εξειδίκευση στις μαθησιακές δυσκολίες και τις κοινωνικές σχέσεις των εφήβων. Τα ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα επικεντρώνονται στην ειδική αγωγή, την εκπαίδευση ατόμων με αναπηρίες και τις ψυχοπαιδαγωγικές μεθόδους ενίσχυσης της σχολικής προόδου και της ψυχοσυναισθηματικής ενίσχυσης παιδιών και εφήβων με μαθησιακές δυσκολίες και νοητική αναπηρία.
