Aristeidis Gkolfinopoulos is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture in Patras University, Greece. He has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Technology in University of Peloponnesus, Greece He has extended studies and teaching experience in waste and environmental management in the Hellenic Open University. He has obtained important working experience on the field of waste management. He has attended a number of congresses in Greece and Internationally with relevant presentations and published scientific articles in international peer review journals. He has also participated as researcher in European Community Funded projects.
