Course Description

The course aims to enrich students’ knowledge of tort law to become familiar with institutions and regulations and at the same time to be able to apply these rules and concepts to tort and encourage them to understand their application in society. In addition, the course increases the students’ cognitive theoretical background so that they become able to approach the issues on the basis of the relevant provisions and in the context of the relevant developments. 

At the same time, the course aims to expand students’ knowledge of the application of the provisions of the civil procedure as defined by Cypriot law and case law. In this context, all the stages of the relevant procedure and the political trial system in general are studied.
