Στόχος του μαθήματος είναι να αποκτήσουν οι φοιτητές γνώση των θεμελιωδών αρχών του Γενικού Μέρους του Ποινικού Κώδικα και του δογματικού συστήματος δόμησης της εννοίας του εγκλήματος καθώς και της τεχνικής έννοιας εγκλήματος και της αντικειμενικής υπόστασης.
