Organisational Behaviour: Foundations of Leadership and Change

Course Description

In this course, students will be introduced to various aspects of people and organisations. This module combines models, theories and ideas from organisational behaviour, psychology, and sociology in order to provide students with a basic understanding in recognising, understanding and utilising what has been termed the “human factor” in organisations; including ways of conceptualising organisations and how people behave within them. We shall consider the impact of the external environment and address aspects of leading organisational change.
