Course Description

This course introduces students to the broad discipline of computer science and to the various fields of specialisation which comprise it. Considering the significance of developing an understanding of the practical applications and developments in computer science, this course introduces students to application areas stemming from key fields of specialisation. By offering a combination of lectures and tutorials, this course focuses on the enhancement of the students’ employability profile and equips students with the necessary skills for conducting and presenting academic research.
