Course Description

Course purose is for the student to acquiare systematic Knowledges about the environment as a legal right and the urgent need for its adequate protection. Environment is related to economic development and it is examined in its various versions (cultural, concerning energy, concerning water). The whole framework of its legal protection is presented at both national and international – European level as well as the forme of responcibility (civil-criminal) caused by its damage.
