Course Description

Make a systematic analysis of the technical and economic foundations that constitute the Law of Energy.

To present the Law of Energy at national, European and international level, as a legal hybrid between Public Law, Private Law, Competition Law and Regulatory Law.

To give students an idea of ​​all energy supply contracts for both B2B (business to business) and B2C (business-customer) relationships, both private law and public law, and to understand the problems and peculiarities of any type of relationship.

To highlight the persons actions in the energy market, their operational role, as well as the contractual relations between them, especially after the recent revision of the structure of the electricity market with Law 4512/2018.

Introduce the procedures associated with pricing and paying for electricity.
