This course is a directive course and examines the most significant modern models of intervention in the field of detoxification.
The aim of the course is to give the student the opportunity to understand the ways in which basic principles and counselling skills are formulated into intervention models. The most representative counselling models will be presented and the most popular modern models in the field of detoxification will be examined to a greater extent. Counselling models that apply to the full range of addictions, addiction to illicit substances, addiction to legal substances, addiction to betting, addiction to the internet and other screen addictions will be considered.
