Course Description

Course purpose is to teach the special procedures, the precautionary measures and the voluntary jurisdiction, as well as the special part of the compulsory enforcement. In particular, the individual issues of the special process of property disputes (family, rental, labor, warrant of payment, etc.) are investigated in particular. Both the general part of the procedure of provisional measures and the individual provisional measures wich are specially named at the Code of Civil Prosedure are taught. Voluntary jurisdiction is also taught, especially in comparison to the jurisdiction of the disputed jurisdiction, and the pre-eminently genuine cases of voluntary jurisdiction are examined. The relevant cases are seperated in genuine and non-genuine cases of voluntary jurisdiction. Finally, the subject of the special part of the compulsory enforcement is taught, where the regulations governing the seizure and auction of movable and real estate property are being studied in depth.
