Course Description

Course purpose is to familiarize students with the content of the general part of the Code of Civil Procedure. The main institutions of the civil trial, i.e. ligitant parties, court, procedure acts, conditions of their admissibility and validity, type and time of their proceeding, forms of participation in the trial and general procedure principles are examined through two-way teaching. The course aims to form the basic knowledge infrastructure in the student to enter into the specific issues of civil procedure law but also to provide him with the opportunity to understand the main features of the structure of the civil proceedings.
