Course Description

The module equips students with the ability to critically examine existing literature that underlies the decision-making process and also provides the skills and competences to collect, process, analyse and present relevant data that will support managerial decisions. In addition, the module will also provide a platform which will help students engage with internal or external clients, undertake a consulting project and, consequently, be able to make holistic, rational and compelling recommendations to senior managers.
