Konstantinos Alvertos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering which focuses on renewable energy sources and types and methods of energy harvesting. He continued his studies in Microelectronics and Integrated Circuit Design at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2014), where he is currently undertaking his Doctoral Dissertation on a novel technology called SWIPT (Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer) at the National anf Kapodistrian University of Athens. His academic interest lies in IoT technologies, programming microcontrollers and developing software for SoC (system on chip) devices. His extracurricular activities include virtualization technologies, RFID security analysis and programming in Python and C language. He is an IT consultant in the Economics and Business Administration Departments at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
