Στόχος του μαθήματος είναι η εισαγωγή των φοιτητών/τριών στις έννοιες και τις αρχές του Ιδιωτικού Διεθνούς Δικαίου, η εξοικείωσή τους με τους κανόνες σύνδεσης και την επίλυση των ενδοσυστημικών συγκρούσεων και η κατανόηση των σχετικών Κανονισμών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.
