Course Description

Course purpose is to provide students with a thorough knowledge of Greek taxation, both in terms of theory and practice, so that they can prepare to become legal advisers for busineses. To achieve this goal students will deal with both practical issues (eg tax returns) and tax audit issues and with the way of dealing with them legally. The main tool of teaching will be the use and study of jurisprudence as well as administrative practice (authorities’ instructions through circulars).
