Dr. Dimitrios Pardalis is a visiting lecturer at Phiilips University and a senior consultant, transformation advisor, and experienced university lecturer with more than 20 years of executive experience in project portfolio management, corporate governance, operational transformation, and compliance. He has led complex transformation and governance-redesign programmes in large, highly regulated organisations, holding senior positions such as Head of Enterprise PMO and Head of Corporate Governance. His expertise spans PMO design, operational excellence, internal controls, and post-merger integration.
Bridging executive practice with academic insight, Dr. Pardalis has taught at university level since 2009, including at the Hellenic Open University, the Open University of Cyprus, and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he has served as a Visiting Professor. His teaching areas include Accounting, Behavioral Accounting, Business Administration, and Business Strategy. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and an MBA.
