Biography

Dr. Poutos I. Evangelos holds a Ph.D. from the Hellenic Open University in the field of Finance and Accounting, a Masters degree from the Birkbeck College of the University of London (MSc Finance) and first degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Economics.

Dr. Poutos teaches, from 2010, courses in Financial Management and Accounting in both postgraduate and undergraduate programs. During these years he has taught at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the National Technical University of Athens, the Hellenic Open University, the Harokopio University, and the University of West Attica (former TEI of Piraeus and TEI of Athens).

In addition, he is advisor to the Minister of Development and Investment of Greece and, among other things, has participated in the Strategic Planning of the NSRF (National Strategic Reference Framework / ΕΣΠΑ) 2021 – 2027 as well as the Strategic Planning of the RRF (Recovery and Resilience Facility) on behalf of the Greek Ministry of Development and Investment. Finally, he is an external consultant of HRDH (Hellenic Republic Assets Development Fund) in the Strategic Contracts Unit.
